Internal Business Operations

We focus on building values, morals and ethics of employees who are involved in executing an organisation/institution’s value creating activities. The personal pressures they face as well as pressures from within the institution’s leaders and key decision makers can pose real and serious ethical challenge. This often places them in a space of conflict between yielding to the pressing need/demands and the moral and ethical values they hold as individuals (or none) or as have been set by the very institution.

We enable knowledge on appropriate behaviour building that ensures that ethical defenses are well erected to withstand such frequent decision making storms that has the potential to deviate from what is right and fair. As well as learn how to create a critical support system within the organisation through ethics and integrity personalities and icons.

Corporate Governance & Organisational Policy

The way corporations, businesses and institutions are controlled and directed by significant participants has the potential to be abused through unethical conducts. The attempt to advance the interest of different stakeholders revolves around decisions that can result in breaking personal ideals and engaging in unethical conduct.

Here we advance corporate governance and organizational policy learning that enables actors to understand the ethical bounds that need appreciation and not traversing. Leaders and followers will participate in discussing the ethical landmines of corporate governance and organizational policies as well as how to build behaviours and habits that will enable them to act according to ethical standards and so in the interest of all stakeholders.

Leadership

Leaders have a very daunting task of steering the organisation/institution to its set vision. And sometimes there are pressures from different stakeholders to achieve the different objectives and milestones.

Under the pressure, the tendency to lose sight of personal values as well as the organisation’s code of ethics (if any) is very high. We organize forum/seminar/masterclass to discuss ethical leadership and what it means to hold high moral compass as a leader. Most importantly, we get leaders to understand that their very conduct, whether ethical or not, has a signaling effect on the conduct of employees as well as subordinates.
