Wits.Counsel Consulting is a management and corporate training hub specialised in enabling private sector organisations and public sector institutions to develop behaviours and systems that promote a high degree of employee ethics and workplace integrity through:

1. Business advisory;
2. Capacity Building; and
3. Management systems

We are concerned about workplace conduct of individuals in position of responsibilities that bothers on ethics and integrity with potential image-denting and or profit-hitting implication for the general business/institution.

Our calling is to help people become more aware and more able to develop values and principles that will enable self-building of critical ethical defenses that can withstand the counter forces of internal and external pressures to act unethically.

Simply, we help organisations (with special focus on institutions that are widely known to battle with serious ethical challenges and pressures in the discharge of duties) to build and strengthen ethical culture at the workplace. We seek to achieve this through corporate learning and training programs and conduct management systems thereby creating institutions and employees that are more resilient to unethical conduct.
